Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed. Our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, therefore, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
SHIPPING
We typically ship within 2-5 business days from Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We currently only ship to the United States at this time. Shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Please note the estimated shipping times are provided by USPS are are for standard business days, excluding holidays. Bonne Vivant Candles does not have control over the shipping times. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Bonne Vivant Candles. Items are shipped via USPS. Bonne Vivant Candles has no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier. All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has shipped. During the holidays, we encourage you to shop as early as possible! As a small business, we are doing the best we can, working around the clock, to get packages out asap. FREE SHIPPING
When available the Free Shipping offer is for retail orders $99+ to the 48 contiguous states. Please know that free shipping only applies before taxes and after discount codes have been applied. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a $10 flat-rate fee for the first item plus $3.00 per each additional item for USPS Ground Advantage and $16 flat rate fee for the first item plus $3.00 per each additional item for USPS Priority Flat Rate. For orders below $99 shipping to the 48 contiguous states, we charge flat-rate shipping fees based on the quantity of items in the order. If you take advantage of the free shipping offer, we will ship your order in the most economical way possible. Please keep this in mind when placing holiday/ special orders. Any free shipping option is valid on US standard shipping only for the contiguous US (islands, AK, and HI are excluded) and does not apply. Free shipping promotion is not active during certain sales and promotions. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations are excluded from the free shipping offer and will incur applicable shipping fees. Other delivery arrangements outside the specified local delivery areas may be available by contacting info@bonvivantcandles.com.
FREE Local Delivery
Free local delivery applies to any candle purchase with no minimum order requirement and is available exclusively within the city limits of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Freeport, FL DeFuniak Springs, FL, Destin, FL, Niceville, FL. If you take advantage of the free delivery offer, we will ship or deliver your order in the most economical way possible and while delivery is generally within 7-10 business days, delivery may take up to 14 business days. Please keep this in mind when placing holiday/ special orders. Free delivery promotion is not active during certain sales and promotions. Delivery Method Substitution: Bonne Vivant Candles LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to substitute free local delivery for standard shipping on any order.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid before the order can be reshipped. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.
LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED ITEMS
Bonne Vivant Candles is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the transit.
SECURE LOCATIONS
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, or tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
